30-Night Sleep Trial
Try our bedding for 30 nights in the comfort of your own home. If it's not the perfect fit for your sleep sanctuary, we'll help you return it hassle-free.
Trial Period & Eligibility
Our 30-night sleep trial applies to all bedsheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers from our Day and Night collections. We believe you'll fall in love with the comfort and quality of our premium cotton, but if it's not quite right for you during the first 30 nights, simply follow our return process below.
Important: Please allow at least 7 nights of use before initiating a return to give your body time to adjust to the new bedding.
How to Return Your Items

Contact Us: Fill out our returns form or email us at returns@snoozypanda.com within your 30-night trial period.

Get Your Label: We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

Pack & Ship: Pack your items in their original packaging (or similar) and drop off with our courier partner within 10 days.

Get Refunded: Once we receive your items, we'll process your full refund within 5-7 business days.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within the 30-night trial period
- Products should be in clean, gently used condition
- Items must be free from permanent stains, damage, or strong odors
- Original packaging or similar protective packaging required
- All items from a set must be returned together
What's Not Returnable
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
- Products with permanent stains, burns, or tears
- Items returned after the 30-night trial period
- Products purchased during special clearance events (marked as final sale)
- Custom embroidered or personalized items
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different color or size, please return your current items for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get exactly what you want as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirmation. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we sent you the wrong item or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
Please report any damage or defects within 7 days of delivery for the fastest resolution.
