You may request a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
When We Accept a Return
We accept returns only when the delivered item has a manufacturing defect or the design differs from what you ordered.
Transit Damage
If the outer box or inner packaging arrives visibly damaged, let us know within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund after review.
Return Shipping (India only)
We organise a free reverse‑pickup from your address. Pack the item in the bag it was received in.
Refund Method & Timeline
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. We don't offer exchanges or store credits.

Shipping Policy
At Snoozy Panda, we make sure your cozy essentials reach you safe and on time. All orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You can expect delivery within 4–7 business days, depending on your location. We offer free shipping on all orders, while a small order confirmation fee applies for cash-on-delivery. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its journey. We currently deliver across India, and COD availability may vary by pincode.
