Return Window

You may request a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

When We Accept a Return

We accept returns only when the delivered item has a manufacturing defect or the design differs from what you ordered.

Not eligible: Size chosen incorrectly by the customer, damage after washing, or comfort preferences after use.

Transit Damage

If the outer box or inner packaging arrives visibly damaged, let us know within 24 hours of delivery with photos/video. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund after review.

Return Shipping (India only)

We organise a free reverse‑pickup from your address. Pack the item in the bag it was received in.

Refund Method & Timeline

Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, we issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. We don't offer exchanges or store credits.
